Hot stamping of pieces in small and medium size batches for Industry and Railways
The Forge Division is equipped for the production in small and medium size batches of pieces of up to 20 kilo weight for Industry and Railways.
Dies and tools are designed and constructed in-house, according to Customer's specifications. The pieces are stamped on presses of up to 1300 tons equipped with robots or forged on a hammer.
Numerically controlled furnaces are used for the heat treatments assuring the metallurgical properties of the finished product. |
